Release Your Potential
Running drills and plyometric training at Doddington Hall
Monday Evenings, 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM • Padel Courts, Doddington Hall, Lincoln LN6 4RU
Book NowRunning is a skill
Running drills are a practical way to develop that skill alongside your normal training, by improving coordination, control, and how your body interacts with the ground.
What These Sessions Offer
Evidence-informed training that expands your movement capacity through structured exposure and progressive development
Coordination & Control
Develop coordination, control and awareness. More options mean better versatility. Be able to handle fatigue, terrain, or pace change demands.
Tissue Tolerance
Deliberate and progressive loading of joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments, build the capacity for the loading mechanics of running.
Better Biomechanics
Develop quicker, more controlled interaction with the ground and improve early and late leg recovery. Condition the foot, ankle, knee, and hip systems to handle the demands of running with greater resilience and efficiency.
What's In These Sessions
Each session blends deliberate practice with progressive exposure—not prescription, but exploration
Arrival & Context
Sessions begin with a brief discussion of what we'll explore that evening and why these patterns matter. No pressure, no perfect form to chase—just clarity on what you're about to practice.
Preparation & Activation
We prepare tissues for the work ahead through movement that activates key muscle groups and establishes rhythm. This isn't about getting loose—it's about waking up the systems you're about to challenge.
Running Drills
Focused practice of the running cycle—ground contact, early leg recovery, and late leg recovery. These drills break down complex movement patterns into manageable components, allowing you to develop better coordination and control that transfers to your running.
Other Conditioning Work
Dynamic mobility to improve range of motion, core stability for better posture control, and power transfer exercises like plyometrics and higher intensity activities. These elements build the physical capacity and resilience needed to support your running training.
Coach-Led Sessions
Expert guidance ensures proper technique and progression, with real-time feedback and modifications tailored to your ability. Training alongside others creates accountability, motivation, and a supportive environment that makes consistent practice easier.

Who This Is For
📊 Runners Seeking Resilience
You're a runner who regularly picks up niggles or issues. You understand that efficiency emerges from tissue capacity and choice, not from matching a textbook stride or hitting arbitrary metrics.
🤔 Curious Runners
You're interested in how you move and want to understand your body's responses to different demands, not just follow a template someone else designed.
💭 Progressive Mindsets
You recognise that adaptation takes time and you don't need to run a certain way to attend. You want sustainable progression that drives lasting results.
Over time, many runners notice greater awareness of how they move, improved comfort at different speeds, better tolerance to training load, and more confidence under fatigue.
Not because something was fixed—but because capacity increased.
You don't break because your running form is wrong—you break when you can no longer tolerate the loading.
